Great sunset views!

The room was nice and comfy. We got awesome views of the sunset! The cleaning crew was super energetic in the morning though, made it kinda hard to sleep in. Also hit up the restaurant, their special diet menus were pretty cool, but wish the place had more lights in the hallways, it was kinda dark.

What shines and what doesn’t

The staff arranged a fantastic massage in my room after check-in which was incredibly thoughtful. my corner room boasted stunning skyline views that made the stay memorable.

The breakfast left much to be desired with minimal choices, and the towels in the bathroom desperately needed replacement due to their frayed state.

The corner suite on the 22nd floor offered a breathtaking view of the Bangkok skyline. The room was immaculate and well-furnished, making our stay quite enjoyable.

The fitness center resembled a relic from a bygone era without any basic amenities like water or services. Internet connection lagged significantly and left me frustrated while attempting to reach room service, as there was no response for an entire hour.

i had a lovely stay at grand howard! the staff was fantastic, leaving a congrats note for us and providing excellent service. our room on the high floor had a stunning city view and the outdoor pool was a great place to relax after exploring the town.

Just be mindful of the distance to the nearest transportation options—it can be quite a walk.

The good sides included enjoying thin crispy fries at the restaurant and the lovely sunset views from the corner suite. the location was quite isolated. it took around 26 minutes to reach the nearest shopping area, and taxis were often hard to find, leading to lengthy waits. Breakfast options were limited, and while the staff was generally friendly, one member's rude behavior stood out.
